A 3-day conference for 120 participants from an international telecom company. We provided end-to-end event management including venue sourcing (modern convention hotel), multilingual AV support, branded stage design, and evening programs at exclusive off-site locations. The agenda combined plenary sessions, breakouts, and incentive-style networking. - Annual Board Meeting & Strategic Planning Retreat – Lake Geneva, Switzerland (January 2025)
A closed-door executive meeting for 30 C-level attendees from a multinational investment group. We organized high-level meeting infrastructure, full privacy and security coordination, and premium executive hospitality. The retreat included facilitated workshops, fireside chats, and an exclusive cultural dinner cruise on the lake. - Partner Conference & Exhibition – Vienna, Austria (October 2024)
A 2-day event for 200+ international business partners of a software company, including an integrated mini-expo with 20 exhibitors. We were responsible for venue layout planning, sponsor management, exhibition logistics, lead-capture technology, and coordinated all branding and delegate communication before, during, and after the event.
